Supply Compliance Requirements
Online Submission
STEP 01Fill out the secure supplier onboarding form below. Provide details about your material grades, lead times, regional stock capacity, and upload a copy of your commercial catalog or rate sheet.
Technical & Compliance Review
STEP 02Our engineering and QA managers audit your certifications (ISO compliance, material test reports, mill-testing capability) to verify compatibility with Aerospace and Advanced Industrial tolerances.
Trial Run / Sample Audit
STEP 03Qualified vendors are invited to submit samples or participate in a trial small-batch procurement contract. The batch is audited on dimensional accuracy and delivery time.
ERP & JIT Integration
STEP 04Upon passing audit, your profile is registered in our centralized ERP system. You receive direct Requests for Quote (RFQs) and are integrated into DMW's Just-In-Time dispatch schedules.
